How long are shipping times?

Shipping within the US typically takes 1 to 10 business days for processing and shipping via USPS First Class Packages from date of purchase for all products. Processing generally takes 1 to 3 days, and products can be in transit for up to 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location from Charlotte, NC 28211. Product orders requested from overseas will sometimes take up to 30 days. Holiday shipping times may be longer. You can also see the bottom of each product description for any shipping and processing information. 

Free Shipping for all orders within the US unless stated otherwise. 

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days after product was received. Cost of return shipping is paid by The Updated Ones and not by buyer.

What if my purchase is damaged upon arrival?

Please email us at INFO@THEUPDATEDONES.COM. Please state the reason of return. Once a refund is processed, The Updated Ones will send an invoice for cost of return followed by refund once damaged product is received.

Can I cancel my order?

In order to cancel your order, you must notify us within a certain period of time—time is of the essence. The system processes everyday, so if your cancellation request isn’t received at the time of purchase (by going to Contact Us and sending a ‘Cancellation Request’), there may be a chance your purchase has been processed. The Updated Ones does its best to stop package and payment if a customer decides to cancel a recent order (within the same 4 to 8 hours) but we do not guarantee we can recover the product and provide a refund, especially when we are not notified right away. The Updated Ones works hard to provide the right product for you, so if you decide to cancel your purchase for any reason, we will stop processing and reverse a payment if we are notified in a timely manner.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

Please email and we'll reply within 6 to 12 hours. The Updated Ones will cover all shipping costs. A new item will be delivered or refund will be processed for you within 1-20 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

Some products are accepted for exchange and will be notated.
